BITTER or SWEET ?

I'm usually the most positive person (one of them) that I know, but this has been a learning experience, almost a gym of joy!
For a long time, I found myself frustrated with little things, traffic, the torment of an ex-husband, a crossed message, something not going the way I wanted.
Have you ever stopped to think that when something goes wrong and you react, it seems like a chain reaction? Everything starts going wrong, then you think, I will overcome this, and then comes another blow, and another one... and before you know it, you have a pile of complaints (sometimes you don’t even realize it anymore).
A grain of sand doesn’t weigh much, right? But try carrying an entire beach’s worth of sand... almost impossible, right? So, we keep “sediment” frustrations, and when you realize it, you are a bit of disappointment. (It even sounds bitter), you take out your irritation on those who have nothing to do with it, you can no longer focus on the positive, you live in the little things and this starts to seem normal.
It is not normal! Please, we need to stop normalizing the bad, the evil, aggressiveness, discomforts, and start seeing them as something that needs to be changed. Let go of frustration and face what happens with serenity, when something or someone starts to irritate you, why YOU REACT that way... there's a clue.
Think of everything you have gone through, all the blessings in your life, all the cool and nice things that have happened to you, and the achievements you still have to make to realize new dreams.
Taking care of your thoughts, reactions, and your "JOIE DE VIVRE" (hapiness of living of enjoying the moment) is almost like taking care of your body; it is a daily exercise. (Seek out Ana's affirmations)
Smile, hug yourself, play happy music, change the frequency, and every time something tries to bring you down and hit you, ask: what does this want to teach me?
Take the lesson and move forward. Your energy is precious!
Don't let the little things upset you.
Your purpose is to grow, transform, evolve, and shine.
